Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the E-Tech Academy website or enrolling in any of our coaching programmes. By accessing this website or registering for our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the E-Tech Academy website, mobile resources, or enrolling in any coaching programme, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf), that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all students, parents/guardians, visitors, and any other users of our services.

2. Services Offered

E-Tech Academy offers offline and online coaching programmes including but not limited to:

• School section coaching: SSC, CBSE, ICSE (8th, 9th, 10th)
• Junior College coaching: HSC Science & Commerce (11th & 12th)
• Competitive exam preparation: NEET, JEE, MHT-CET
• Professional entry exam coaching: CA Foundation, CLAT, MHT-CET LLB

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any programme or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment in any programme is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable fees. Fee structures are subject to change each academic year. Once fees are paid and enrollment is confirmed, the following policy applies:

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific programme terms.
• In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund or fee adjustment may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
• Any request for transfer between batches or programmes is subject to availability and may attract an additional fee.
• E-Tech Academy is not responsible for any loss incurred by a student due to failure in examinations or inability to continue a programme.

4. Student Conduct

All students enrolled at E-Tech Academy are expected to:

• Maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Attend classes regularly and punctually. Regular attendance is strongly linked to academic performance.
• Refrain from any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any class lectures, notes, or proprietary study materials without written permission.
• Comply with all rules and regulations set by E-Tech Academy at its centres.

E-Tech Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel any student who violates these conduct standards, without any obligation to refund fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by E-Tech Academy — including but not limited to study materials, notes, video lectures, test papers, graphics, logos, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of E-Tech Academy and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
• Use any automated tool, bot, or scraper to extract data from the website.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

E-Tech Academy, its management, faculty, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to failure in examinations, inability to secure admission to institutions, or loss arising from reliance on information provided. Our total liability in any matter shall be limited to the fees paid by the student for the specific programme in question.

9. Amendments

E-Tech Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
